Why should I trust you with my server information?
We are run and managed by a well respected team of WordPress Developers who have released multiple WordPress plugins, developed multiple web sites on the WP platform. We have a strong presence in the WordPress community and we promise you can trust us.
Do you backup before you perform the upgrade?
We always backup your database and your files prior to performing the upgrade. You will be provided with the backup files or they can be archived with us if you would like for us to do that.
Do you upgrade manually or automatically?
We always assume that your site needs to be upgraded manually. If your installation has an automatic upgrade available, we will give you this option for a discount.
What is the average cost of an upgrade?
This is dependent on what version of WordPress you are currently running, how many plugins you have installed, and the type of plugins you have installed. When you send us a request for a quote, we will give you an itemized invoice. You will have the ability to request items be removed from the invoice prior to beginning the upgrade. Most upgrades will come in between $100 and $200 USD.
